Allison is CEO of Media InSite, focusing on the key areas of General Management, Sales and Legal.
Allison is a former President of the Board of Directors and a former Chief Executive Officer of the Copyright Music Organisation of Trinidad and Tobago (COTT). During her 7-year tenure as CEO, COTT achieved record-breaking royalty collections and royalty distributions in 2007 and 2008, respectively.
Allison is an Attorney-at-Law by profession, specialising in copyright and entertainment law.

Kathleen Maynard is our Marketing and Client Relationships Consultant. She is a communications expert who has provided marketing consultancy services for international and regional clients, including Johnson & Johnson, Air Canada, Kodak, the Caribbean Single Market and Economy (CSME), as well as local corporate clients like TDC and Business Development Company Ltd. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Western Ontario, London, Canada; a Diploma in Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations from the London Chamber of Industry and Commerce, London, England; a Certificate in Events Management from George Washington University, Washington; and is one of three T&T nationals who has been certified by ISES as a Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP). Kathleen serves on the communications committee of The Association of Female Executives of Trinidad and is also a member of The International Special Events Society. She is also Campaign Chair of United Way.

Elliot is Content Manager, concentrating on Operations, IT and all other technical areas. He has been in the entertainment industry for over 25 years, as a performer and also in technical and administrative capacities.
Elliot worked at the Copyright Music Organisation of Trinidad and Tobago (COTT) as the Media Licensing Officer and was responsible for monitoring the usage of COTT’s repertoire in the electronic media, online and for mobile services, while also providing leads for licensing opportunities and litigation purposes, as required. He was also responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information to be used for royalty distribution.Prior to this, Elliot has had over 10 years’ experience in customer service relations in the corporate sector at the former Royal Bank of Trinidad and Tobago, and at Software Technology Limited – a software development company.
Elliot holds a B.A. in Theatre Arts, a minor in Cultural Studies and a Certificate in Music from the University of the West Indies.

Kwesi Dennis is our Data Manager. He has had substantial work experience in diverse fields including research, communications, proposal writing, project management information, website and library management, budget planning and administration. He has worked as a Technical Officer at Caribbean Natural Resources Institute, as a Research Assistant for the Caribbean Policy Research Institute in Jamaica, and in Sales Administration at Guardian Holdings Ltd. He has also done several consultancies in the areas of market research and trade facilitation.
Kwesi holds a B.Sc. in International Relations, with a Minor in Economics, from the University of the West Indies at Mona.
