Allison, Media InSite CEO, holds an LL.B. from the University of the West Indies, an LL.M in Commercial law from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), University of London, and an LL.M. in Intellectual Property, Commerce and Technology from the former Franklin Pierce Law Center, (now known as the University of New Hamsphire) in Concord, New Hampshire, USA.
She has served on a number of Boards in the private and public sectors, and on a number of Government-appointed as well as regional Committees, in areas related to copyright, collective management of copyright and related rights, and the creative and entertainment industries. Allison is currently a Board Director of the Trinidad and Tobago Postal Corporation (TT Post).

Professor Avinash D. Persaud is an International Financial Consultant whose career spans finance, public policy and academia. He is currently Chairman of Elara Capital PLC, PBL, and Intelligence Capital Ltd, as well as Board Director of RBC Latin America & the Caribbean.
Persaud is also Chairman, Warwick Commission; Chairman, regulatory sub-committee of the UN Commission on Financial Reform; Co-Chair, OECD’s Emerging Market Network; Member, UK Treasury’s Audit and Risk Committee; Member, Intergovernmental task force on financial taxes; and, Member, Pew Task Force to the US Senate Banking Committee. He was ranked as the #2 public intellectual in the world on the financial crisis by an expert panel for Prospect Magazine at the end of 2009.

George Gobin, an IT Professional, is currently the Microsoft Country Manager for Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Bahamas, Belize (BCBB) and Jamaica. He is based in the Microsoft Regional Head Quarters office in Ft Lauderdale, Florida. Gobin is responsible for the growth of Microsoft’s business in those countries, along with positioning Microsoft’s role of citizenship, assisting both the public/educational and private sectors.
Gobin is also a Past-President (for two terms) of The Information Technology Professional Society of Trinidad & Tobago. He is currently on the Board of the Trinidad and Tobago Network Information Centre Ltd (TTNIC) which is the organisation responsible for managing domain name allocations on the .tt domain of the Internet. He is also a Director on the Board of the National Library and Information Systems Authority (NALIS) of Trinidad and Tobago.

Sophia Vailloo is an Attorney-at-Law who graduated from the University of London in 2004 with an LL.B (Hons.),and the University of Wolverhampton in the United Kingdom in 2005, where she obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Studies. Sophia was called to the Bar in Trinidad and Tobago in 2006 and is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and the Law Association of Trinidad and Tobago. Sophia is attached to Ignatius Chambers and practices in the areas of Civil Litigation, Property Law and Conveyancing, Probate, Intellectual Property, Construction and Civil Engineering Law, Company, Commercial Law and Oil and Gas Law, in both contentious and non-contentious matters. Sophia is engaged in major commercial litigation in Trinidad & Tobago and the British Virgin Islands.
Sophia is a Junior Member of the Council of the Law Association of Trinidad and Tobago and is serving her second term on the Council. She is a Commissioner of the Law Reform Commission.
